  THIS PLACE WAS EXPENSIVE AS IT IS HORRIBLE. Incomprehensibly so. I had the fortune of not having to step in to this location but i still had to wait for an HOUR for my doordash to arrive. Additionally, and more importantly, the burgers were overcooked, the composition was soggy, depressing, and quite frankly not worth the TWENTY FIVE DOLLAR PER PERSON. I've had better food from public school cafeterias. Don't waste your money and go to micky d's or something.

  Just waited 5 minutes in the Sonic Hilltop Va Beach drive thru while a kid in a truck chatted with his friend inside the restaurant. The car behind me backed out and drove off, and then I did the same. Can’t eat at a place where staff don’t care about customers.

  Going through the drive thru here in the evening is a definite NO!!! Employee joking around with friends at the window and giving them free refills before they drove off. several vehicles waited well over 20 minutes before the foolishness ended! DON'T GO HERE!

  Absolutely will not return to this location. Had me wait in line for 20 minutes before I could order two milkshakes… Only to then take my order and have me go up to the register to pay and tell me that the ice machine was down, but told me I could come back in the morning and get a free one! Who wants a milkshake first thing in the morning? Absolutely unacceptable trash customer service!! Do better!

  I would give them zero stars if I could. I tried to order in the drive-through, letting them know that I had a coupon for a free large drink. They proceeded to tell me you have to do that online which I've never done before. So I went to the window for them to just stare at me For minutes. She finally came to the window and I said how am I supposed to use this online because I knew there was no way to use it online and she said oh I don't know. Do better!!
