    I’ve been sitting here for 25 minutes and nobody has even gave me updates on the food I’m just sitting at the window and the guy is ignoring me

    Ordered an M&M Blast only to bring it home and discover that the ice cream was spoiled, bitter and sour tasting. Sonic HQ said supposedly someone would be calling me to at least compensate me back for this $7 medium-sized stomach flu in styrofoam but have yet to hear anything days later. Will likely be the last time I visit this Sonic. Years and years of bad reviews and management doesn't seem to care.

    Just went to laskin sonic to get breakfast like 15 mins ago 1. We pulled up to the drive thru and the person taking our order couldn’t have wanted to be at work, because she was monotone and after every little sentence it was “anything else” before we could even get the order out. 2. We finish placing our order and then she just disappears, she doesn’t tell us how much or to pull up just stops talking for 5 mins. I’m assuming she went to make the terrible food we received. 3. We pull up to the window and 5 mins go by and no one has opened the window it basically empty but this is the other assumption that she again is making our food. 4. When she finally opens the window, she passes us the food, and takes our card. We get no receipt so again I have no clue what we just paid for. 5. We check the bag and it’s missing the an order of tater tots. In the matter of fairness I will say she was really respectful in getting the order fixed. 6. Now to the terrible food. We orders a sausage egg and cheese toaster combo with tots and a strawberry limeade. A bacon burrito combo with tots and an oj and then a French toast combo with a fruit punch and a side of tots since that French toast combo doesn’t come with tots apparently. We get the food and the tots are HARD and cold I might as well have gotten some chips with how hard these cold tots were. Then the sausage egg and cheese toaster my husband got the egg was oddly scrambled and burnt ?!?!?!?!?! And the toast wasn’t even toast it was just bread. The burrito I couldn’t even eat because the egg looked so badly and tasted gross. Why are there scraps of the burnt egg in there? My goodness. I’m not sure what’s going on with quality fast food now a days but this is just pure ridiculous this place should probably be closed down with its lack of support. Don’t eat here.

    I got DoorDash. The driver said she was not given a receipt. So who this falls on I don’t know. I did not receive the milk shake . The second was the mozzarella sticks were so cooked there was no cheese it had all cooked out. They need to learn to seal items so it’s not like we picked it up ourselves.
