I know Pizza Hut isn’t known for quality pizza, even called and complained, driver arrived asking for a cash tip when I already pre tipped. I will most likely never order from this location ever again.

This juvenile delinquent put my debit cards on hold so I could go into the store and tip her. You can now thank her, because I will no longer step foot into your establishment. And you can check, I came in there quite often. I will walk just a few more steps and bring my business to Papa John's. I stopped tipping you after a bad customer service experience with my son. I felt you did not handle that customer service experience well. You need more training. I work in customer service/hospitality, I tip accordingly. But to force a hand, is beyond inappropriate. So you can thank this mediocre employee for losing a customer.
