This juvenile delinquent put my debit cards on hold so I could go into the store and tip her. You can now thank her, because I will no longer step foot into your establishment. And you can check, I came in there quite often. I will walk just a few more steps and bring my business to Papa John's. I stopped tipping you after a bad customer service experience with my son. I felt you did not handle that customer service experience well. You need more training. I work in customer service/hospitality, I tip accordingly. But to force a hand, is beyond inappropriate. So you can thank this mediocre employee for losing a customer.

The manger lacks the common sense to process a simple credit card transaction. Thought it would be easier to order on phone since staying at hotel. No such luck. Ended up placing an order online and that worked better than talking to the manager. Pizza arrived luke warm at best. Manger lied to my wife and said he would call back. Never did. Very poor service. Won't order from them again. Please spare me the bs reply about trying to do better. Most of the reviews are negative. So whatever you're trying to do to improve isn't working.
