Server at the window said I should have got a call order was late. Said it would be a few minutes. Waited over 10 minutes when the other employee who was at the side came to the window she gave me the wrong order. Turns out my order was ready the whole time. Manager said I had not waited long and offered only a soda for the inconvenience, rolled eyes when closing the service window. And the food was cold

It seemed like the oil fryer, the oven or something was not working properly, certainly not the exhaust system. I feel terrible for the staff that had to work in there. Not sure I'll be back any time soon or at all. VERY disappointing. If I could give zero stars, I would.
