  I ordered a Big New Yorker with no pepperoni and 6 wings on Sunday afternoon as a treat for my coworkers across the street. They didn’t have a driver, so the food took a while and was delivered by Door Dash. The pizza was undercooked and didn’t have the oregano on it. I called and received no satisfaction from the conversation that I had with the incompetent person on the phone.

  Ordered a stuffed crust with extra cheese, caramelized onions, cupped pepperoni and fire roasted peppers. It's delicious! I will drive out of my way to this location instead of the location nearest me. Marco was great, he welcomed me and was really nice! I requested the butter and seasoning on the crust like they use to put on the stuffed crust pizza, he did with a smile on his face. Thank you for making my experience wonderful!

  I ordered my food to be delivered and always give a tip of 25% or over. I was given an ETA on my Pizza Hut app between 6:33pm to 7:05pm. However, I never got the delivery because they only had one driver. I called and found that out. I don’t have telepathy so getting a phone call about only having one driver and being late would have the been most professional and efficient customer service. I paid $32.67 for a personal pan pizza special with fries and I ordered brownies. I decided to pick it up but when I get there; I was not offered any courtesy or even compensation to have it for half off or anything. Egregious. The manager really needs to teach everyone that worked this evening on October 7, 2025; Emotional Intelligence. It’s not hard to take accountability but it’s hard tonight with whoever was in charge. Very disappointed.
