I went to the back area to retrieve my bagels on to realize that they had sprinkled other seasons on it and toasted it with the bagel. First of all that is not what I ordered and I could be allergic to the trash that was sprinkle on the bagel. Watch out for your food everyone. People can be evil

The staff went from pleasant and cheerful to sad and depressed. I’m not sure what happened to this place but it’s not somewhere I will frequent. Also, this place isn’t military/first responder friendly as they don’t offer a discount for those guys; this may explain why I’ve never seen a police car or anyone in uniform in this Panera. Another reason to avoid them.
