  I’ve been ordering Panera over the past few months trying different sandwiches and soups, all has been good. I decided to go inside to this location the other day and ordered two soups, three sandwiches, and a latte. I will ignore the grumpy cashier who looked at me like I wasn’t classy enough, BUT I was won over by the staff and manager in the serving area. Being a restaurant manager myself, I was observant to the team work and friendless, family-like atmosphere as they made and gave me my order. The gentleman there who was making orders went out of his way to give each guest a welcoming “enjoy, have a good day” as he politely asked them if there’s anything else they needed. With multiple orders, easily the two working together could work well under pressure and made my order look and taste delicious. The bread was fresh and the latte was refreshing. The manager actually came around and helped me get a cup holder and handed me my latte. His customer service skills being excellent and welcoming. The trio I encountered, had me wanting to ask if either they were hiring or would like to come work for me! You just dont receive great attitude service above and beyond like this everyday. The atmosphere was clean, sanitized, and welcoming. The restrooms were up to par. The bulletin board was nicely arranged. Manager, you have some great team members on your hands and have taught them well. The woman servicing the front - well, there is always that one bad cookie. Maybe it was her bad day. Luckily, they swiftly gained back my business within three minutes by interacting and receiving from the bakery area. So I will just not mention her past this. Thank you.

  Lady at the front was being rude to the other workers in front of customers and basically not giving a damn about what we were saying.

  Extremely busy. Had a very long wait for food about 20 min however food was excellent and order was correct

  Was in the mood for soup tonight, so sat in their 3 car drive through line for 25 minutes to get the worst soup I’ve ever had. It was $7.39 for a cup that was 3/4 full and it was awful. Instead of a milk base it was like it was made with water. Very runny what they consider soup, with pieces of broccoli and carrots that tasted like they weren’t cooked enough. Never again.

  I bought a product that was supposed to contain steak, but there was no meat in it. I think this was done intentionally because I've had the same problem before. The product I bought was Ciabatta Cheesesteak, and it only contained cheese and other ingredients, but no meat.
