Restaurant was not busy when I was there (I was there at opening & restaurant didn’t get moderately busy until after about 40mins or so) My server was overwhelmed because she was covering half the restaurant by herself. Repeatedly asked for ordered items , families who were served received their orders before my family. My suggestion would be for higher volume of customers, there should be a more efficient way to serve customers or don’t have a veteran deal

Today, I get home and fine my wife’s baked sweet potato has none of the toppings. We figured no big deal, we have stuff here. I unpack my blooming burger, and behold, it’s a simple cheese burger. For the real, when we eat in the restaurant, everything is great. Their curbside service is a whole different story. It’s consistently wrong. I used to leave a tip for curbside even though I’m driving to get it, but over the last few months I’ve stopped. Left a tip today and really not sure why I paid extra for inaccurate food. Get your curbside together Outback.
- KKKrisPSep 25, 20253.0I really felt the need for a steak today - maybe because I gave blood earlier today. We went to Outback - hadn’t been in a few years. My wife and I each had the 3 course special. We each had a salad, baked potato (hers loaded, mine just butter), a 6 ounce sirloin, and desert. After the excellent bread, salad and potato I really couldn’t eat more so the steak (and desert) went home for tomorrow. The salad was good- the potato very salty but expected for Outback. But maybe overly salty for my taste - but I eat the skin of the potato so …. What surprised was that the steak was too salty for me too - yes I know I said it went home with me but I did have a slice or two to taste. Service was excellent- thank you Kelsi. No waiting and really the place was pretty empty, I guess not surprising for midweek.
