  I have been coming here since 2002 as a teenager. I now come with my kids and spent a lotttt of $ over the years. Today, I’ve asked for made to order and had to wait (understandable) but then I got home and see that there’s burned, charred pieces of who knows what in and all over my burger!! So disappointed. My orders have been wrong plenty of times, and nobody likes to lose it on $ but I let it slide but this is the absolute first time I’ve felt UNSAFE to eat my food. Edit: I went back to get a replacement after work and had to wait OVER 45 minutes. SMH this is absolutely terrible. This particular location needs leadership, customer service training and management to step in PRONTO

  Store lies about orders being ready for DoorDash. It popped up saying it was ready and I waited almost 10 minutes for it to be ready after that. When are the robots coming in to replace humans already at least for fast food shit gets old standing around all day in these places.

  This location can be really really slow. Wait times for drive thru can be 40 minutes at times if not longer. This location needs to hire more staff if they cannot handle the influx of customers. The attitude of the staff can also be very rude at times.

  I ordered my food from the kiosk self service thing I paid with my card. It went through. I didn’t give me a receipt, but it did give me an order number and I picked up one of the table numbers so they can bring it to me about 30 minutes go by I’m trying to order something else for another family member I asked them about my order as well. They told me they did not receive the order and Refused to give me my order, even though I had paid it with my own money it went through and they still refuse to give me my order I didn’t have a receipt obviously because the kiosk didn’t print me one out. I only had the order number that the kiosk gave me and they still refuse to even just look it up .so I spent over $10 for a meal that I didn’t even receive. I didn’t get a refund or nothing so my money is just spent, but I didn’t receive anything ,would not recommend going here.
