I kept telling myself “maybe it was just a bad day,” but after years of trying different times, different methods, different days of the week, the truth is obvious: this location simply does not care. It does not matter how I order, inside, drive-thru, mobile order, or delivery, the result is the same every single time: ✅ Missing items ✅ Wrong items ✅ Cold food ✅ Zero attention to detail ✅ And an attitude like the customers are the problem If this happened once or twice, I’d brush it off. But it’s every visit. That’s not an accident, that’s a culture. And the worst part? The attitude that comes with it. Out of all the employees I’ve encountered, maybe two people have ever acted like they cared. The rest are rude, snappy, completely unbothered, and clearly over the idea of basic customer service. I’m not expecting fine dining from McDonald’s. I’m expecting the bare minimum: the food I paid for, made correctly, and handed over without an attitude. That’s it. But this location can’t even manage that. I’ve reached the point where I’d rather drive further, pay more, or eat something I wasn’t even craving, anything to avoid dealing with the mess that is this store. If corporate ever wonders why customers stop coming, this location is the example. Not because of one mistake, but because of the total lack of care, consistency, and respect for customers. I’m done giving this place another chance. It’s not “one bad shift”, it’s the standard here.
