  I come here all the time in the daytime when the GM is there and I never have a problem...didn't have one tonight until ..... Ok I ordered got food brought to my table ...didn't get the sauces I ordered with my meal no big deal... I opened up the fish sandwich I ordered that I paid extra for extra tarter and I paid extra for lettuce.... I opened the sandwich it was cold it did have a whole slice of cheese on it which I did not order the tarter was the size of a nickel dabbed in the middle of the bun u could see the whole entire bun it was dry with 4 strands of lettuce I'm sure when people pay for extra and they spend the extra money to get it thats what they want ..exactly what they order...anyways...I stood at the counter patiently while everybody just kept stabding around the heat shoot..one was eating fries..one was adjustig bags andnone was walking in circles and one at register all of whic saw me stabding thwre but not one said may ibhelp u mam did u need sonethig no they all just looked turned their head looked atbme agaijnturned their head walked past me bot a word like really so as i was a happy person before i came ij there ready to give yall my money...finally I said excuse me but I ordered this fish it's cold etc I didn't get my sauces I was just gone come asknfor my sauces but aince y'all got me just standing here while my other food that was hot got cold insaid id like it remade the lady with the long wavy wig said very loudly ...well i dont aee no where on the recept that says she want fresh food I said excuse me it didn't have to come straight out the grease but it should've been hot and the way that I paid for it the right way.... Matter fact since u said that gimme my refund then they send the man to the register n starts getting loud with me wanting to argue back n forth with a woman because they are totally wrong... So after he kept saying stuff he gave me my refund... I can tell you if the g.m was there this wouldn't have went this way.... The problem is their customer service sucks...nobody made them work at mcds but if your gonna order food I hope u get served cold food...n u waste your hard earned money in a sloppy don't care about the people that keep your business open it's sad.... Pitiful so many people talk bad about this mcds and now I see why

  I got off a ten hour shift ordered $20 worth of food and when I got home the food wasn’t in the bag. I’ll be going back in the morning for a refund.

  They didn’t mix our McFlurries, and only sprinkled a little Oreo on top. After having a bad day, It was very disappointing.

  Watched a lady fuss out the entire staff after waiting on her coffee that had coffee grounds in it and I must say she wasn't wrong because right after I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and it had hair in it. The staff here never wants to remake your food but want to take your money and have bad attitudes. They need new people in there because that "team" doesn't work well together.
