  Convenient and quick! But can you guys please get rid, or lower the music. Changing the vibes to like how walmart has it might even create a better experience!

  raised prices, lowered standards. i came here once and the employees were so kind and my food was hot. guess i messed up, expecting that to be the standard. the past 3 times i went, nothing but negative experiences. they can’t get anything right. the woman taking orders can’t hear you and asks you to repeat yourself on items over and over. then i go to the window and get the most sloppy, cold, thrown together order i’ve ever seen. it’s hardly even wrapped, meat cheese and egg hanging off the muffin. i show the woman at the window and she ignores me and shuts the window in my face. i go inside to get a new sandwich, and when i pulled mine apart there was an egg shell in it. she did bring me a sandwich, but i could tell that it was the exact same sandwich just wrapped up again, still cold. and there were more eggshells as well. i’m tired of customers having to just suck it up everytime when we are paying for food an decent service. that’s literally what mcdonald’s is. for the customers. yet we just have to deal with nasty food? do not come to this location until they get their kinder staff back. & they’re gonna respond to me to “do their survey” but what’s even the point? employees get to be lazy and bad and push out bad food and bad service over and over, and nothing will ever happen to them because mcdonald’s doesn’t care about their customers. and the customers just have to learn to suck it up, and what’s the point of complaining or writing a survey if it DOESNT MATTER TO MCDONALDS. it’s ridiculous they’d rather hand out cold food over and over and drive away all their customers rather than laying down fresh meat. and i’ve worked at mcdonald’s for a long enough time to know that running the store properly and giving half a thought to your customers, is not that hard of a task.

  Served me food that had been setting in a tray for hours fry’s limp as hell chicken sandwich lookin wet and cold nah you have to get better at this we have to hold our standards higher as Americans especially when we’re charging an arm and a leg for fast food not to mention when you come in all the workers are on their phone running around the restaurant like they’re at a school cafeteria or something you should be in the back working making fresh food for people

  Be prepared to be ignored, wait forever, and still have your food come out wrong. This has happened multiple times at this location.
