Drive-through makes me wanna punch a baby. I have abandoned three orders and as many weeks from growing frustration at waiting on this drive-through. I can’t even describe the food or the atmosphere, because the service absolutely sucks. I could probably drive across the street to Buffalo wild wings and get food before I ever got food at this McDonald’s drive-through.

Horrible service. They are very slow. You wait extremely too long for your order. Employees are disinterested in customer satisfaction. They chit chat with each other. On Sunday about a week ago, the employees there were oblivious in what everyone should be doing to fill customer orders to get them out the door satisfied. It was ridiculous how many customers filled the counter area of the lobby, all waiting for orders or assistance. One girl who would tend to the front counter did so with a puss on her face with disinterested eye stares. It looked like she either hates her job or didn't want to be there. If so, she shouldn't be. She's the one with the huge eyelashes on. She was just plain rude to people. Another girl with the long dark hair and fancy earrings was pretty oblivious, she didn't really do much of anything except walk around and have her break, plus she would make excuses for things going on that weren't right. Just immature how these girls were behaving while at work. Any manager was not visible. Customers were complaining and talking amongst themselves in the lobby. The staff is lazy and unproductive. Even the Christmas tree was only partially decorated; bins and ornaments were stacked beside it. As for my order... the coffee was cold, and they claimed to not have Splenda. I couldn't get a refill because no one ever came to the counter again and I was tired of waiting. All of their fountain sodas were flat, watered down. Of all our food made, only the nuggets were done right. Terrible food, terrible service. Fire some employees and start new. I won't return to waste my time and money.

What is going on here?! Literally 20 minute wait at a parking space AFTER a 20 minute wait IN DRIVE THRU. They finally brought our food out at 20 minute mark after payment. It was MISSING items. Ugh. Walked inside (healing from foot surgery after major break) to stand at registers for another 10 minutes before I yelled out to get someone's attention to let them know I needed help. The lady was very kind, I appreciate that. However I expressed my disappointment with the transaction bc now all my other food in car (that was only warm to begin with) is probably now cold. She circled my receipt with pencil and wrote free meal, for future. But, I ate cold food and fully paid for it THAT day, in parking spot #1 and decided, we will not be back for the free meal. Thank you but no thank you. I'll find a different location for when we want McDonald's. Not a free meal could make me wait again and then eat warmish/coolish/soggy food. I don't trust you. I was able to buy the prince fries as a side but they forgot the fries. That was the holdup. $3.89 for a packet of grinch salt. 🫣
