    If I could give this place a negative 100 stars, I would. Tonight was the worst night. I ordered 3 milkshakes and both of my kids and me have been throwing up all night right after drinking those bacteria shakes. That's all we ordered. It's bacteria somewhere that everything needs to be cleaned properly. What is going on back there?

    The most inept McDonalds in the entire VB area. Waited 20 mns for our food…two happy meals and an iced coffee. Asked for ketchup for the kids, never got it. No dipping sauces for the kids (ketchup and honey). I ordered an iced coffee and they handed me a container of cream with a couple of ice cubes in it. Threw it away. I went back through the drive through to grab the ketchup and the guy (no joke) handed me bbq sauces after I said ketchup three times.

    I’ve seen people at the special Olympics move faster and who were more motivated! The self serve kiosk was out of receipt paper, so I didn’t know my order number. What seemed like 20 hrs, I finally got my fries and they were soggy and cold. Even if you have plenty of time and want decent food, never choose this McDonalds!

    I waited a flipping hour attempting to do the online chit! Order wouldn't authentic so mgr come out from backroom and is like WHAT DID YOU ORDER? I told her and also told her I was waiting 4 20 minutes out there for my order! She did NOT prioritize my order, she focused on the drive thru 100% HORRIBLE SERVICE
