    All the workers stressed out and don’t even acknowledge anyone is in the store. Every McDonald’s in this area is the same way they act like the drive thru is the only thing happening

    I honestly feel like good luck finding a McDonald's in the 757 area with great customer service, and good food at the same time. It's truly one or the other or nothing at all. Came in to order bc the drive thru wasn't moving. Order through the kiosk and then waited up front by the register to get drink cups. Was advised five minutes later no drinks are to be made in the dinning area, they are all to be made in the back. Okay understandable but this would free up a lot of waiting and extra work if the customer can make their own drinks like any other McDonald's any other fast food. But for me it's the attitude, the eye rolls, and dumb looks you get when you're doing nothing but saying thank you and have a good f

    Horrible service they don’t listen to what you ask for. To many young adults that don’t want to work. They throw your food together I had to throw away my food because I lost my appetite. Never will return. Actually never buying from McDonald’s anymore horrible service. I’m disgusted. 🤢

    Got a whole attitude from the young teenager for trying to give me the wrong order I didn't pay for. She gave the death stare right when she opened the window. Very disappointed in the customer service. Won't ever give them my money again.
