Totally ridiculous. They were clearly pulling everyone forward just to avoid high drive-thru times, but no one was actually getting their food. Cars everywhere, people waiting, no communication, no urgency, no accountability. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and poorly made, which just added insult to injury. This location is disorganized, inefficient, and clearly more concerned with metrics than customer service. We will never return. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here—this place is an absolute mess.
