This is probably the premium McDonald's experience in all of HR. Was it perfect, no, but it was grand. The server, Dusk, was so kind and approachable whenever they delivered my tray and they food was about what I expected. It's never like it was in the 90s but with adjusted expectations it is pretty alright. My table and bench seat had some debris on it deom previous customers, but that didn't bother me. They have have touch screen games available which is the reason that we stayed over an hour. We were not told to leave and the atmosphere is pleasant! Busy but not frantic. I recommend this McDonald's.

Used mobile app for curbside pickup. Entered spot number and got error message to go to see cashier or drive through. Walk in and see that the front is unstaffed, there’s 10 people standing around, one of who has been standing for 30 minutes. Ended up leaving. One of the busiest McDonald’s I’ve seen

Continue to be disappointed by this location. Every time it is something…why order in advance to have it not be ready…then I’m asked to wait 10 minutes for what I ordered? No thank you! When it took me 20 minutes to get there…and not be offered a refund…more likely to drive way out of the way just for better customer service

This particular restaurant focuses more on mobile orders than getting the people thru the drive thru taken care of. They moved everyone out of line to the lettered parking spots in the front. From the time I ordered to getting my order I waited 20 mins. Thats unexceptable. Especially at 10:30 in the morning. No lunch rush yet. Every spot was taken plus others in the lot. Do better.

We arrived at 10:30 pm we sat there until 12:43 waiting on our orders. They couldn't find one of them and swore they didn't have it. Even after showing the receipt and everything she couldn't find it. They told us we have many orders and they didn't have time to deal with it. My son spent $16 on his food only for him to not get it. It's almost 1 am and none of us have ate and our other 6 orders were cold as crap dealing with this situation. They are way understaffed and not paying attention to orders correctly. This really made us angry. Do better
