  Under new ownership and was placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes when I asked to speak to a manager and was told that “he wasn’t there, was at another store.” Then someone dialed numbers in my ear without speaking before finally hanging up. When I called back, he told me to hold on and then returned back to state his manager was actually there but busy, and that I could come back for more wings. Seriously, if the wings are horrible and the customer service was even worse, why would I force myself to “come back.” No wonder the place was nearly empty on Super Bowl Sunday. Now for the order. The wings were absolutely awful. They were tasteless, dry and hard. I personally will not be coming back.

  First I called my order in and was told 15 was about 40 min first impressions already bad.. then no one asked me what my order was just stared at me till I said do you want the number I used to order… buddy had a attitude and not to add I got a combo and was given about 10 fries

  It feels so welcoming coming into lokmans! I’ve had their chicken pasta, chicken tenders , wings , and fries and they have all tasted way too good! Definitely a good price for what you get. I recommend giving it a try because you’ll have in loveee with it !
