I purposely chose a 6:45 pick up time so that way when I get there at 7:00 they should be ready. Were they ready? Nope, she had to pack my order when I arrive. So what was the point of offering a head if I had to do the same thing as if I didn’t. It’s 2026 and still no self ordering kiosk nothing in place for convenience. Please do better

(There was an older gentleman that was placing orders in boxes that was very nice/personable.) The main person serving/cashier was very rude to everyone! Also the dots I ordered looked NOTHING like what they show online/in-app…. Poor service and poor quality donuts.
