Several times orders were incomplete, i ordered 2 dozen and only 1 was delivered, and most recently I tried to order a dozen along with a free half dozen offered for my birthday reward and the order was canceled due to the store being closed in the middle of a Sunday afternoon even though an hour before ordering i drove past the location and it was open just fine. I'll just take it as a sign to never support this franchise location ever again.
