Worst Customer Service
I just went to pick up my order and I stood there for 10 minutes while they’ve looked at me, but didn’t acknowledge me. Nobody said anything and the one girl with the blonde hair that was braided into pigtails was absolutely rude. She didn’t acknowledge me even though she was standing right there. Probably will never use this location again. Environment seemed very hostile like nobody liked working with each other.

Not enough low seating for three kids. Great service, untrusted bread is hard to eat for kids.

Order from this location many of time but this is the final time I do so. Last week my wife got a sandwich delivered and it took over an hour to show up, they were nice and gave us a credit for the sandwiches but we just ordered again and it’s been over an hour and 15 minutes before the sandwhich.
At the hour mark I called in to ask where my sandwhich was and I could hear the manager bs and making up crap in the back ground. There finial excuse to get out of it was they were “backed” up….. what happened to the freaky fast? More like freakin sloppy. Come on Jimmy John’s step up you service.

Staff did great managing an demanding and difficult customer who had an unruly toddler that lacked any parental guidance or discipline.
