Ordered a #8 Billy club. With extra roast beef. I got no extra roast beef no ham and no extra mayo. This was also a giant sandwich and I am extremely annoyed at the missing meat.

Please read your orders and make them correctly. No tomatoes does not mean putting tomatoes and onions just because you wanted to. The ceasar wrap doesn't even come with onions. Thank you.

I ordered for 10 people yesterday. Lifenet. I picked up order. Everything was wrong order. I came back so that errors are fixed and they forgot to put 1 order in the bag. Went back again. Came back and they forgot to put chips in some of the orders. Went back 3rd time. Fixed the chips issue. Found out they gave the wrong sodas. What is the problem with this establishment. All I know is the management needs retraining. Drove back and forth 4 times for 10 sandwiches. There are better places out there.

I get everyone has their off days but the girl that made my sub just seemed really inconvenienced that I was in there in the first place when I was the only one there and she had no other orders. First time trying jimmy John’s and probably the last.
