  No delivery driver even thou the app allowed us to order for delivery.No ice.Note to manager:do not respond to my review with the same response you sent to the survey I took.I don’t care you told my husband there was no ice.You didn't offer anything else besides no drink at all.We didn’t know you forgot to put the mayo packets in the bag until he got home. So how else were we suppose to let you know that you did that?Call you?Horrible customer service.Will not be back.

  Ordered a #8 Billy club. With extra roast beef. I got no extra roast beef no ham and no extra mayo. This was also a giant sandwich and I am extremely annoyed at the missing meat.

  Last few times we ordered food, the service has been horrendous! The sandwiches are not made fresh. When the site is down, they do not honor the online coupons. Just placed an order online and when my husband went to pick up the order, they only made his because he got the last bread and I had ordered the unwich. My husband expressed his dissatisfaction of how this establishment does business and Vanessa, an employee there told him to take his business somewhere else. What type of customer service does this Jimmy John’s in Landstown’s running? I hope I get my card credited back! We will never order from them again. She,Vanessa got her wish!
