    This is half of a $20 sandwich.. this is embarrassing. Also forgot the provolone I paid $2.40 extra for. Awesome.

    Placed an online order at 2:45, didn't realize the restaurant closed at 3:00. Money taken out of my account, no correspondence, rewards wasted. Hungry and pissed, they shouldn't take orders if they won't fulfill them.

    Ordered to go order. One of the sandwiches was wrong. Asked for no mayo extra onions and oil and vinegar. Got no mayo no onions and no oil and vinegar. Not acceptable for such a simple order.
