    The past three times that I have visited this location via drive-through I have ordered a black cold brew coffee. Each time the coffee taste like it was made with bleach water. I know That’s highly unlikely, but the flavor of the coffee is not always tasted like this. If you’re looking for black coffee, save your time (a nd taste buds) and head up to Starbucks.

    How does this establishment run out of donuts on veterans day? The establishment name itself should have inventory at all times especially when running a promo? Its not even 130 pm. Either the employees are lazy or incompetent or both. Just pure disgraceful. What are you even doing in the service business.

    36 minute wait for 4 donuts, a breakfast sandwich and coffee. 12 cars were served while we waited inside. A person in front of you should be served fairly quickly. I understand that you have drive thru time hacks you need to meet but timeliness goes a long way toward your customer satisfaction. The manager should look into how customers are prioritized, how service is rendered, maybe train the employees if they can't or don't know how to do something. I'm not sure, but there's a major disconnect somewhere. This is ridiculous. Maybe next time you make my food and I'll pay when you get it to me so I can walk out instead of being stuck.

    Ongoing Quality Issue with Iced Lattes, There's something off with this location that's been going on for quite a while. The iced lattes are consistently made wrong. For a $7 drink, the quality should be reliable. I often drive to other locations farther from my house because they make the drinks correctly. I've paid $7 too many times here for a subpar, oddly flavored latte. Today, I finally asked for a remake-and the difference was night and day. The corrected version tasted incredible, exactly how it should. The bad version, by comparison, tastes like watered-down chocolate milk with barely any coffee flavor. Please address whatever's happening at this store. It's been a recurring issue for a long time and really needs attention.
