  Tried to pick up an order, they closed the lobby and hour early. They substituted the order without asking me. Then loudly talked about me to the other workers while I was at the window. Who knew you could close a store an hour early and get rid of all the products an hour before your store is supposed to close.

  A medium coffee and 2 day old donuts was $8.59. There was very little selection.They don't make donuts there. It's all delivered from somewhere else.The shop was run by high school kids. Not an adult in sight.

  Tried to order sandwiches and was told they were out of bread to make sandwiches. Ordered some donuts instead. They were stale. That was from the few choices they had left. I guess if I only wanted a drink it would have fine. It was a very disappointing visit. Find a different location please.

  I went through the drive-thru at 5 :10 am and I was the first car of the morning and the the girl that swiped my card said my card declined and I'm just like no. I think you need to try again and whoever was in the background saying This is my first car of the morning. Y'all need to hurry up like and I said you need to watch it. Basically I am out here. People can hear what you're saying and I said to the girl that was taping my card if she Could you tap my card again cuz I think that's incorrect . She tapped my card and it worked like that's never happened before but ok. Unprofessional,rude and I never received an receipt. I will be calling back up there to find out who that manager was.

  I honestly cannot believe how HORRIBLE the management and staff are at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. There is no excuse for what I’ve experienced here multiple times. One Saturday around 2 PM, the doors were LOCKED for a “shift change” in the middle of the day. Who locks the doors for a shift change? Completely unacceptable. Another time, we just needed to adjust something on our order, and the employee outright refused. When my mom asked to speak to a manager, the person claimed he was the manager… clearly lying. My mom immediately left because it was obvious this kid had no authority. On yet another occasion, an employee was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and acting annoyed over a simple request. This is not how you treat customers. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic common sense is mind-boggling. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, and I strongly advise others to do the same. Absolutely unacceptable.
