  Tried to give 0 stars, its 2pm on a Saturday and they were out of glazed donuts... I'm sorry, aren't you a donut shop??

  I normally order through the Dunkin app, especially since this location is the closest to my school. Yesterday, I ordered a cold brew and two donuts before heading over. When I pulled into the parking lot, the drive-thru line was extremely long. No problem — I parked and went to go inside to quickly grab my mobile order. Surprise — the lobby doors were locked. Instead of a sign on the door explaining the lobby was closed, an employee was inside making helicopter motions above her head to signal that I needed to get back in my car and go through the drive-thru. Who has twenty minutes to sit in a drive-thru line when you’ve already placed a mobile order? Also, what kind of store has only one person working? And since when do businesses just lock their doors during operating hours without notice? This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location, but it will be the last time I go there. I’ll gladly drive out of my way for a Dunkin that values customer service. The staff is consistently rude, and no one ever greets you when you walk in. Customer service matters — especially first thing in the morning.

  I have been to this location three times. And all three times they have not had the seasonal special that they advertise. It’s the closest to my house, but unfortunately I won’t be coming back.
