  This is hands down the worst location. Its so close to my house,but ill drive to the one on Holland any day. First,being the amount of rudeness from the staff. If they mess up there is no accountability on their end. Secon,ive been to multiple locations and its the only one that doesn't accept AMEX, which is very minimal but still inconveniences. Today I went and decided to get a toasted white chocolate latte hot..I said that and read the screen saying iced,I corrected her and said I would like that hot please, and got a response u said iced,I said maybe but id like it hot. She didnt respond and then said what else. When we got to the window and paid they handed me the food first and the lady short curly blonde hair said have a good day,I said im just waiting on my drinks. She huffed ripped her gloves off and walked away. The drinks where not even filled all the way up. I absolutely hate going here and I will continue to go to Holland where all the staff are more then welcoming. New staff need to be hired or new training on how to be respectful, if u hate your job that much to be rude to customers...do us all a favor and quit.

  The service is terrible, their adaptability is terrible, they frequently forget food, and the packaging boxes are unbalanced – a really stupid design! Don't go here to be annoyed! When using the drive-through, if they're not ready, you have to go back to the back of the line, which is completely unreasonable! The staff are actually not bad. It's just the manager and management that are terrible. 👎

  Every morning before work I stop there to get a coffee and my son a wrap with a drink. Greeted every time I walk in with my order ready for me to grab and go on the mobile order rack. Keep up the great work!

  This is one of the cleanest Dunkin's I've ever seen. The staff and management are absolute peaches! They remember your voice or your car and remember your order with precision and the speed of service is usually fantastic, unless they're training new people, so, you know how that goes. The management is swift with solutions to any problems that arise and they genuinely seem to care about the customers!

  I want to preface I normally don't leave bad reviews and usually do not review places if at all, but felt a need to after visiting this Dunkin and seeing other reviews. I ordered two cereal milk lattes at this location, but one tasted like plain coffee with no cereal milk or sweetness/little to no sugar. I went back and politely informed them of the issue and asked for a replacement, but the manager responded with a dismissive attitude and insisted there was cereal milk inside, and that perhaps I just didn’t "shake it enough" (I did for both rigorously prior in my car) even though the color and taste were clearly different between the two lattes. She did remake the drink, but the staff made “tsk” noises and acted annoyed that I said anything. I was calm the whole time, but the attitude from both the manager and employees was unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable.
