  I have been to this location three times. And all three times they have not had the seasonal special that they advertise. It’s the closest to my house, but unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

  It is great going to this Dunkin donuts because the customer service that I receive from Ayris, Aralyn, and Olivia is always above and beyond. whether I am on a dash or getting something for my self I am always greeted with a smile and welcome.Dunkin doughnuts as if it was my first time in the store. They are extremely professional and deliver great customer service. I can see each of these individuals managing our owning thier own store one day. Keep. up the great work Ladies.

  Why are other dunkin locations able to show on the app when they are out of something but this location can't? We placed an online order & drove out of the way to come to this specific location since it showed they had an item in stock. When we arrived, they said they didnt have any. They then said they couldn't refund the purchase. I had to call corporate, wait on the phone for 25 minutes, for them to tell me they couldn't refund me either, that they will send an email to the franchise owner! All because I used the dunkin card on the mobile app. I'll never do that again. I'll also never come to this location again. They wasted my gas & mileage because they cant keep their app up to date like other locations, they wasted my time, 25 mins, on the phone for customer service, & now even more time having to wait & then deal with the franchise owner.
