Well, I ALWAYS get the same thing so I know when it's made correctly. This location's coffee was completely watered down. I asked them to remake it and it wasn't any better. Disappointment.
- EHE HOct 4, 20251.0I just went through the dry through.I do dunkin' donuts every day.I go to the one on general booth boulevard, as well as the one on birdneck. I decided to go to this one today on first colonial.Because i'm headed this way.And I thought I would give it some business and order a sandwich.Because dunkin' donuts is my go to near my house. I ordered a coffee and a bacon.Egg and cheese croissant and I got to the window and the lady was super nice.There was a gentleman that stuffed it in a bag and handed it to her, and it was very quick. She nicely handed me the coffee and was pleasant.Unfortunately, when I opened my sandwich, when parking right outside of the establishment, I realized they gave me the wrong sandwich.They gave me a bagel and not a croissant, which I am not going to.Eat. then, the bagel looks like it has mold on it.And the cheese is not melted, so I went around to the dry through, and the lady hollered at me that they don't melt the cheese.And this is not the lady that served me.That was nice.This was a lady behind her saying, sorry, we don't melt the cheese.We don't melt the cheese twice.And maybe even three times and I told her, yes, I always get the cheese melted on my sandwiches at dunkin'.Donuts that the cheese shouldn't be hard and just sitting on top and the bagel, not looking moldy.And I told her it was the wrong sandwich. Her attitude was so poor that I just pulled off, and I threw out my sandwich.I couldn't believe how poorly I was being treated after telling them I got the wrong sandwich and the cheese is hard and not melted that I need to deal with the cheese the way it is. This is horrific and really put a bad start to my morning. And I'm no longer going to patronize this Dunkin' Donuts ever again. And I will pass on the word. How pathetic i was treated.
