    Every time I come to this Dunkin’, my bagel is burnt. This is not a one-time issue — it keeps happening. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and once again it was burnt and inedible. It shows a lack of care and quality control. Customers should always check their food before leaving. This location seriously needs better management and staff training. Very disappointing.
