I ordered two caramel lattes and one iced coffee and they were all milk without coffee/espresso. One of the lattes didn't even have caramel in it. I would have left a review on the Dunkin Donuts site, but you need the receipt for that and I wasn't given one. The staff was unprofessional and got annoyed when I asked them to repeat back my order. Overall, it was a bad experience.

I asked her to repeat my order back to me and she laughed and asked me to pull around. My order was WRONG!!! I asked for a receipt and was told those aren’t provided. I went inside to speak to someone and was told the manager wasn’t there. My last time at this location.

I look up to see a sign saying they’re closed due to ‘staff shortage’. What a terrible thing for your customers to see… you have not the capability to retain employees enough to successfully run a business. What a shame…. So now when I think about grabbing a coffee, I have to wonder if Dunkin on General Booth is even open for the day… yeah no thanks, I’ll find a new cup of Joe to enjoy, elsewhere.

I recently moved out here to VA beach and I'm paying 14 dollars for coffee that is 90% of the time TRASH and watered down. I don't think I'll be coming here anymore and it makes my heart sad because it's so close to my house, but if I wanted watered down coffee I'd make it at home and save money. I'm not always asking for perfection, just a decent coffee. And this place ain't it.
