Its been bad service for the last 3yrs but I like to try and give opportunity after opportunity and benefit of the doubt. I feel like since the crew really is all young/just workers that don’t enjoy costumer service the quality of the food and service has gone down. They are consistently messing up orders after orders. I kind you not it has been 5 times in a row that my order is always messed up. Not sure how hard it is to not put cheese on an order. I go in and they will redo it but toss it in the container and walk away. Now I would just take it but there were others in the store and it could have been someone else’s order. I asked “Ma’am is this my order,” I had to asked twice and she was the cooker in the back and said “YES!” I had said to her “it would be nice to address who’s order it is thank you!” This location has always been my go to but I will gladly take my services elsewhere.

Then they didn't get the order correct. So they said, I did not order it. I asked for whipped cream in my coffee instead of regular cream.They told me they could only do it this time,. When they brought me my food, they didn't have my complete order.I explained it to him and then he acted like it was a problem where he couldn't ring it up again.So I just left and went to the one on holland and got a great experience and they even replaced my coffee and fixed it for me.

The shift manager ignored me and the other four people wouldn’t even look my way as I waited. After 10 minutes one of them asked me the name of the order. I answered and she walked away. Five minutes later she asked me again. I ended up having to unconfirm the order to avoid a bad review. I see other reviews by customers confirming this place has terrible service.
