- KMK MFeb 7, 20261.0Well going to this Dunkin reminded me why I haven’t gone to any Dunkin for at least 6 months. Coffee is disgusting and was made wrong. I gave it back for them to fix. Tried to give me the wrong donuts for my kid, also had to give those back and ask for the correct ones. The correct ones were burnt idk how that happens. Better off making coffee at home not wasting your money here.

Its been bad service for the last 3yrs but I like to try and give opportunity after opportunity and benefit of the doubt. I feel like since the crew really is all young/just workers that don’t enjoy costumer service the quality of the food and service has gone down. They are consistently messing up orders after orders. I kind you not it has been 5 times in a row that my order is always messed up. Not sure how hard it is to not put cheese on an order. I go in and they will redo it but toss it in the container and walk away. Now I would just take it but there were others in the store and it could have been someone else’s order. I asked “Ma’am is this my order,” I had to asked twice and she was the cooker in the back and said “YES!” I had said to her “it would be nice to address who’s order it is thank you!” This location has always been my go to but I will gladly take my services elsewhere.
