  As others have said, this location is very hit or miss usually. But things have gotten bad over the last two months. I usually order a latte via the mobile app. 4 out of my 5 last visits I arrived to be told "our espresso machine is down", "our espresso machine JUST broke", or something similar. I am offered a refund which is good but then I end up driving to another location to get the drink I wanted. It has gotten to the point where I have stopped bothering with this location altogether. I had waited about 3 weeks or so the last time I went thinking that was plenty of time to sort out the equipment issues. I was once again told the machine was broken. I reached out to Dunkin customer service and they alerted the franchisee and/or the field operations team immediately to let them know what happened, and said they requested that they follow up with me. They said to allow two business days for a response It has now been a week and they never bothered.

  I went there at 3:30 on a Tuesday afternoon veterans Day and they had zero donuts. They did have some donut holes but they didn't have any donuts at all. I can't really figure out why they were still open

  0 stars would be better. I haven't had a more overall crappy experience in a long time. I drive for DoorDash so I went to go pick up an order, It wasn't ready so I ordered myself a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. I got my order pretty quickly and was happy to be on my way. Once I was 2 mins down the road I opened the food to find a sandwich that did not look good at all. There a stack of cheese on it. (3piece) the egg was cold, the bacon was so crispy and not even hot. The cheese couldn't melt or even be should if it wanted to. The worse thing was 6 calls to the store, 2 calls to corrupt customer service and 4 hrs later and I still can't get anyone in the phone. The restaurant is connected to a Miller mark gas station and I even called them to see why the dunkin Donuts wouldn't answer. The last told me she would let them know and a hour later still no one will answer. I will need go there again and recommend you don't either.
