After waiting 15 minutes to place an order, another 20 minutes were spent only to find that the sandwiches hadn’t been prepared. A decent manager would have comped the entire bill or at least offered some kind of apology. Instead, the response was simply, “You have your coffee.” It was a waste of time and definitely not worth the visit. Avoid this location if quality service and respect for customers are a priority.
