  Large drink light ice. He told me to go inside to pick up a drink I ordered through drive thru so he can get the footage of me picking up the drink on camera. Why even do that unless you knew beforehand that I would complain. I didn't say a single word at the drive thru. Just give me my drink and I'll be on my way. I'm fine with getting this measly drink but making me come in to get the footage of me getting the drink on camera rubs me the wrong way. It's the principle of the thing. He had a bad attitude, why is he even working here? I can tell the other workers are scared of him. Please don't tell me he's a manager or supervisor of this store. If he is, the low rating for this store explains it all.

  The donuts were great. I did a mobile order for a dozen at 7:03am to take to work but the employees were moving super slowly. People were leaving without the food or drinks they ordered. Luckily, an employee started trying to just serve customers who were waiting. I finally got out at 7:18am.

  First time at this location. While waiting for my tire to get fixed I went to this dunkin why because I love my dunkin. I did a mobile order and when I walked in a girl helping a lady with ice cream said mobile order for John I said yes. Waited a little while and was givin my drink that was sitting behind the counter instead of where mobile orders should be. The coffee was luke warm and bitter. I took the cup back in and told the young man I paid for additional caramel and it is bitter and it's barely warm. He said there is nothing he could do about the warmth but he could remake it but I will have to wait due to he needed to make more. So getting the bottom of the pot is diabolical in the coffee world. When he finally gave me my cup it was hot but very plan. I paid for extra caramel and didnt get it. I did not go back in due to I believe he gave me the same king of coffee as the first time but it was hot so I just kept the cup. I will skip this location if im back on that side of town and get coffee before I get to that area.

  The staff on Feb 16th around 4:30 PM were on POINT!! Never have I ever had this much luck ordering dunkin, but all of my order tasted fresh just like dunkin used to be. 👏

  Staff barely acknowledged me, and were rude when I needed to get someone's attention because they made my drink but left it on the counter where they make the drinks- they didn't even put it on the pickup counter.
