  Every fall I come down here to visit my grandkids I usually stop at this Dunkin's with no complaints but I had an unfortunate experience recently with one of the older ladies in the drive thru. I promised my grandkids and my husband donuts. My husband always gets the apple and spice, but the lady who looks to be in her 30’s with red hair had snapped at me that they don’t have it. I understand menu changes I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’s for 10 years on and off but she shouldn’t be rude to the customers. This Dunkin’s acts like it’s a pain to serve you donuts. It wasn’t all terrible Food was okay. we got the croissants.

  i come here every week since it’s closer to my work and one of the workers is always running around doing a bunch of stuff and still manages to get my coffee to me in a timely manner. There was another worker a girl with bright red hair, the entire time Im in there I see her once or not at all and shes almost always on the phone with someone not doing anything. I watched her walk into the bathroom with cleaning supplies after she walked out I went in there and there was dirt and grime all over the floor and what looked to be like blood splatter on the floor as well. Someone fire the girl with red hair, she makes the other girls do everything.

  I had never been to this Dunkin before - and then today I accidentally ordered from this princess Anne location... I was in shambles because I thought it was my normal location and by the time I got to this location my coffee was melted (luckily the food was still warm for my husband), I was about to buy a new ocoffee when they just offered to make a new one. I can't express how much that made my morning! It really is the little things, they we kind and quick.

  I visited this Dunkin’ location at 7:00 AM before work and placed a mobile order using the app. After waiting a short time inside, I asked about my order, only to be told by the staff that they hadn’t received anything under my name. I showed clear proof of payment with today’s date and time, but they still refused to fulfill the order. Store Manager Aliyah was incredibly unhelpful and refused to give me the food I had already paid for. She also said she couldn’t assist with a refund and handed me a corporate phone number that didn’t work. When I asked for further help, I was told to email corporate myself. Hoping someone higher up could resolve it, I waited to speak to General Manager Kiana, but unfortunately, she offered no solution either. No one made any effort to make the situation right. I left without my order, without a refund, and with no help from either the store or its management. Because of a system glitch on their end. As someone who stops here regularly before work, I’m extremely disappointed. There was no accountability, no customer service, and no attempt to fix the issue. This was an unacceptable experience and I won’t be returning.
