I promised my grandkids and my husband donuts. My husband always gets the apple and spice, but the lady who looks to be in her 30’s with red hair had snapped at me that they don’t have it. I understand menu changes I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’s for 10 years on and off but she shouldn’t be rude to the customers. This Dunkin’s acts like it’s a pain to serve you donuts. It wasn’t all terrible Food was okay. we got the croissants. EDIT came back again another awful experience waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to order my coffee.
- MMmarieSep 30, 20252.0i come here every week since it’s closer to my work and one of the workers is always running around doing a bunch of stuff and still manages to get my coffee to me in a timely manner. There was another worker a girl with bright red hair, the entire time Im in there I see her once or not at all and shes almost always on the phone with someone not doing anything. I watched her walk into the bathroom with cleaning supplies after she walked out I went in there and there was dirt and grime all over the floor and what looked to be like blood splatter on the floor as well. Someone fire the girl with red hair, she makes the other girls do everything.
