  Can't rate a 0 unfortunately. Ordered at 4:43p.m. for one pepperoni and an 8pc buffalo wing. At 5 p.m. when I went to pick it up I was told it wasn't ready, that it'd be another 15 mins. I went back at 5:15 and was told a few more minutes. At 5:20 I watched my wings get prepared and at 5:45 still no pizza or wings.

  If I could give zero stars, I would 😠 😡 I went into the store and there were 6 people behind the counter and only one was busy and I was the only customer. I could not find the MIX & MATCH coupon that has been advertised for the last month on the app. NOBODY BEHIND THE COUNTER COULD ASSIST ME IN LOCATING THE COUPON 😠 😠 😡 😤 so out the door I went. Wrote my review and now I'm going to the Domino's down the street. It's unfortunate because I purchase pizza at least once a week and this store is directly across the street from me ... BUT I WILL TRAVEL FURTHER FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  I ordered 8 medium two topping pizzas with different toppings and crust types for delivery. Awesome food, great quick delivery and courteous service. It is now my go to pizza place. So long Pizza Hut!

  Ordered a sub the manager was slow for real couldn’t spell the call was recorded and I repeated my self several times omg then he still got it all wrong I said 6401 Auburn Drive, Virginia Beach, Virginiahe put the driver said 5401 she called me never came near answered back the manager hung up on me unprofessional and I have his tail on record begin nasty Karen he took my card going file a dispute I paid and going contact my bank don’t order from that store on center turn pike beach if you didn’t want work Xmas eve you should have stay home do not go to that location if possible that’s why members from NAACP file charges and hold them accountable and I promise you I will we not back in emmitt till time no we are not

  This location is not worth going to. A frozen pizza would of been better. Crazy because I have been to many domino's locations across multiple states and have had good experiences but this one is not meeting the proper standard. We ordered this pizza and it wasn't at all built correct. Had absolutely little to no cheese which is not how we ordered it. And to top it off, they have moved to an electronic issue resolver system and you can get 20% your next order or you have to sign up for rewards which we dont need but that would get us a free 2-topping pizza. WTH!? Why cant we just get a coupon for free pizza? We could of called but we were too pissed off to do that. So here I am after the fact.
