I arrive at the restaurant at 6:20, a full 10 minutes late, and they told me it just needs 5 more minutes... 12 minutes later I still didn't have my food and when I asked how much longer they said it's "going into the oven now"... I left because I had to be somewhere at 6:30 which I was already late for by this time.

That was on time, although they didn't knock or ring doorbell as instructed and simply left it on the porch and I was unaware for 20 it was there. Everything was right. Food was not bad but I'm not the biggest fan of domino's however thats what the kids I'm babysitting love. My sub was wrong. I ordered a replacement they said they would send free and it would there in 20 minutes...36 minutes later I call asking what's going on, still being nice just curious because im hungry lol and ive worked in pizza for years!!!...they said it's out for delivery and is on the way...it's been on the way for almost 40 minutes. All and all what was supposed to be 20 minutes has turned into over an hour. For food that wasn't even that good and I still don't even have it.

I called the restaurant and they said the delivery person both knocked on the door and called us. Lies. They said they would re-send the order. I waited outside until 9 o'clock. They said the delivery person said we weren't home. Stupid or liar. Probably couldn't find the house or just ditched the pizza. Got my money back. The following Wednesday they made good on it by sending a double order for free. But beware. The intelligence level is low.
