- KCKarrie CrispJul 26, 20252.0I ordered 12 buffalo wings, a medium cheese pizza and a chicken bacon ranch sub in advanced to arrive at 6:00. That was on time, although they didn't knock or ring doorbell as instructed and simply left it on the porch and I was unaware for 20 it was there. Everything was right. Food was not bad but I'm not the biggest fan of domino's however thats what the kids I'm babysitting love. My sub was wrong. I ordered a replacement they said they would send free and it would there in 20 minutes...36 minutes later I call asking what's going on, still being nice just curious because im hungry lol and ive worked in pizza for years!!!...they said it's out for delivery and is on the way...it's been on the way for almost 40 minutes. All and all what was supposed to be 20 minutes has turned into over an hour. For food that wasn't even that good and I still don't even have it.

My husband called the store where a man answered and put my husband on hold. After waiting for at least 5 min my husband hung up. He called back and was hung up on. I then tried and was hung up on too. I eventually reached the manager who said they were short staffed and still had the pizzas there, and the delivery guy would be back shortly. Why were they still there? I am assuming that the guy my husband spoke to was the delivery guy... so he was there and left without 2 pizzas that were to have already been delivered... I was told by the manager that they could just cancel the order and not deliver them. I told her that they needed delivered as this was for an event and that's what the kids were having for lunch. I was refunded, but the pizzas still did not arrive until after 1pm! I will never order from this location again. If I could give 0 stars I would. If I would have received a call saying they were running behind (over an hour behind) I could have made other arrangements. And the fact that my husband and I had such a difficult time trying to reach someone was extremely frustrating. Very disappointed.
