  Ordered at 7:15, ETA of 100-110 minutes so about 9:00 which was OK, it's a Friday night. 9:45 comes around and still no delivery. Store won't answer any of my phone calls so I can't get any help or answers, and the online tracking claims it has been delivered. This has caused me to lose all of my dominos reward points as well as they were used on the order, and I cannot get the points refunded as the order was marked delivered. Also, if I hadn't had to sit on hold listening to a robotic voice ask me "have you tried this menu item yet? how about this one?" I wouldn't have been as compelled to write a bad review, but having to listen to that garbage for 20 minutes while I'm already waiting 2-3 hours for my order that ultimately never came made me wish I could write a negative 5 star review.

  Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a dominos pizzeria. I ordered for delivery at 8:15p. I received a notification that our pizza was out for “quality check” at 8:04, but come 8:30 we still have not received our order. I figured they had a few orders out for delivery, and ours would be here soon. Another 15 minutes pass and there is no sign of our food. I keep checking the app’s tracking feature and the whole time it still says “quality check.” I decide to call the store to see what’s going on, but I receive nothing except a repeat of an automated message. Overall, I was on this hold message for 15 minutes, and no one answers. By this time, it’s 9pm, my kids are hungry, and there is no food in sight. I tried to call customer support and the automated call center for corporate hung up on me after telling me to contact my local store for an update. Seeing as how I had already done that and after everything it was now nearing 915, I grabbed my keys, and drove to the store. When I walked in, ONE person was prepping a new pizza, one was at the end of the oven, and the girl up front was just standing by the registers. When I asked to speak to someone about my order she asked what was wrong with it and I said I had been waiting for it for over an hour, and I couldn’t get ahold of them to get a status update. She started checking orders after I gave her my name, and she came back saying that my order was the next one scheduled out, but they only had two drivers tonight. She said I could go home and wait, for take my food, to which I said I’d take it. My food was barely warm, and the crust started to get soggy from sitting for over an hour. The fact that I could not get ahold of the location to get an update on my food was frustrating, and that sense of frustration is even more elevated since the store has the numbers for the people who order through them, and they could have very easily made phone calls to say “I’m so sorry we are running behind, would you like to continue to wait for your delivery, or would you like to come pick up your order? If you want to wait, xxx is your new estimated delivery time.” I had two hungry kids at home, who were patiently waiting for their weekly pizza, from their favorite pizza place and the fact that we waited for an hour and 15 minutes passed our delivery time is unacceptable.

  This Dominos sees nothing wrong with delivering it’s customers food that sat for over an hour before delivery. My order was placed at 4:38pm, in the oven at 4:53, being “checked” aka out of the oven at 5:00, and then not out for delivery until 5:40 pm. The delivery driver didn’t show up to my house until 6:05 pm. I live 6 minutes from the store. So my food sat for over an hour before it was brought to my house. The delivery driver said she was the only one on tonight. I understand that completely however they shouldn’t be taking orders for delivery if they’re going to be compromising food safety. The store didn’t call me to say the delivery would be delayed, they didn’t remake my food so it would be fresh. I would’ve gladly picked up my order if I had known. When I called to get my money back, the first person I talked to at the store said “well it sits in a hot bag” in response to me saying I would not accept cold food or old food. Then I was placed on hold and the man that got on the phone was not concerned that my food was taken out of the oven over an hour ago. He offered no apology. I will wait to see if my money is refunded as he stated.

  We ordered around 6:00 pm. We saw it was gonna take until 9:30 pm to get to us. We called and no one answered, I was on the phone waiting for someone to pick up the food. We didn't get out food until 10:13pm. When we got our food, it was cold and we were missing a lot of items. We will never be ordering from this place again. What kind of places doesn't answer a call and then we go in person to say we can just pick it up, they said "It will still take until 9:30pm." Bullshit, I will stay on this phone until I get my refund for 50 bucks. Don't order from here. Update: They answered, I said "Hello?" And they HANGED UP ON ME!!!
