I received an incorrect order and Rob answered the phone with a very pleasant attitude. When I explained the situation he immediately took the steps to correct the problem and I was able to pick up the right order within ten minutes. The food service industry needs more people who are eager to make things right like these two gentlemen. Zach did an outstanding job on the pizza and they both deserve recognition for their excellent customer satisfaction services. Genuinely impressed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- TRTerry ReigelOct 26, 20251.0So I ordered a pizza and 8 wings, 40 minutes until I got my order, delivery driver brought me my order not in the heated bag, we took 1 bite and it was cold, so I called them and wanted to speak to the manager, so after talking with the unprofessional so called manager about my order being cold and not coming out of a hot bag at my front door, she told me, if I wanted it replaced I had to come and get it and wait 20 minutes for it to cook, I was like, are you for real, this isnt my fault, so the manager of the store told me, that's how it is, so I brought the cold pizza and wings back and waited for another on, while watching the cooks prepare wings and pizzas with no gloves on and cross contaminating foods I was like wow, they are touching pork, chicken steak, wings and cheese with no gloves on. Also, when the pizzas came out of the oven, they were cutting them on pizza boxes, who does this! This business is on 1575 Milldamn rd, virginia-beach VA. I will never order from dominos again after this.
