Tried calling the store multiple times to get a solution and was met only with minutes of ads instead of any confirmation that someone on the other end is being notified. Went to the website to report the issue. Their solution? two "coupon codes" that don't even meet the dollar value of the item I was essentially denied. So now I feel like I've been taken for a ride by what used to be a (somewhat) reputable brand.
