  The worst order a pizza four hours ago call and no one answers. Then after a two hour hold they say it was delivered when it wasn’t. They need to be shut down apparently this is something they do often. Don’t recommend ordering from here unless you want your money taken and no food in return .

  Took over 40 minutes for delivery and that was after my pizza was out for delivery not since initial order. (I live seven minutes from the store) Pizza was barely warm, cinnamon bites did not come with icing. When I called the store to check on my delivery because it looked like my delivery driver was in a car accident because he was in the same spot for so long.(looked like he was at Chick-fil-A) They were rude to me on the phone and ensure that my pizza would be there. That really wasn’t my concern. My concern was WHEN The pizza would get there. I told them another couple of minutes and I don’t even want the order. Shortly after the driver showed up with a slightly warm, Mostly undercooked, pizza. This location has had the worst rep for a long time and it doesn’t seem like they really care to change that. Another disappointing order. I wish the app had a choice on what location you could select. Guarantee, if that was the option, this place would be out of business.

  Placed an order and arrived at the time it said it would be ready, after it was delayed once. Employees looked at me waiting in front of the register and ignored me. Upon checking the pizza saw that mine was wrong, but decided the fight to get a new one, and the chance of tampering were too high and just took the food home. The manager rodell was rude on the phone call afterward when I called to get his name for a formal complaint. This is a sharp downturn from the service we have received here for the past few years, and I would not recommend ordering from them.

  This place is a bee hive of delivery drivers. Awesome service from anyone I've interacted with be it the manager, front desk clerk or delivery drivers. Always on time and always super busy. Food is pretty good also. I miss my bread bowls though ='(.
