- BFBrit FergusonMay 28, 20251.0I was thoroughly disappointed with my pizza order. The first pizza I received was excessively burnt, with the crust and bottom completely charred. When I returned it to the store for a remake, I expected better. However, upon examining the second pizza at home, I found it lacked sufficient cheese, leaving the sauce visible underneath. This seemed intentional. Additionally, there was no apology offered for the inconvenience, and the staff appeared annoyed that I had returned the pizza. If I decide to return to Domino's in the future, I will be sure to document my order with photographs. This experience was particularly disheartening because the initial pizza, despite being burnt, had enough cheese to cover the sauce. As you can see from the photo below. I only had 1 topping and just to note that is not pepperoni that is sauce with sausage.

To add insult to the injury the young employee with all the mouth, got sarcastic with me. No one said sorry. I politely but with a dislike of having to return a burnt black pizza. Having brought 3, with 2 getting cold, while returning the burnt one. As I talked with the cashier to resolve the matter. She was remaking the Pizza. A young guy employee with a lot of mouth got sarcastic about the burnt Pizza. He walks up to us, and said let me get that Pizza(sitting on counter) I said, no problem. He says, I have to make sure you have NOT took a bite of it! He knew I had just picked the pizza up. Went to the car, right back in the store with the burnt black dried up Pizza. I replied, yeah you can certainly have it. No worries of me taking no bites. I do NOT eat or like burnt pizza. Do not eat burnt black pizza! I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior ever in an establishment. No apologies for the burnt offering. A simple, I am sorry, did the employees attend any training? Are they allowed to burn people food. And mouth off at customers? Sad indeed. Folks please check your Pizza before leaving this particular Domino.
