  The New Years Eve kids party from 3pm-6pm was a complete disaster and I want management to know. 1 server to cover the section we were in with multiple big group families. No management to help the server deal with everything. Every time our server came into the section atleast 3-5 people bombarded her to get help with something. One of the games was being weird with the tap card, just kept losing credits. Waited 20 minutes to get my check, even tracked down some of the people who looked like managers to see if they could cash me out. Wrong food came to our table and when we finally got our correct food it had already died in the window, dried out burgers and wings. And again, only contact for our whole section was 1 server no food runners or busters. No managers helping with the heavy load. Then our section seemed to rely on the other server for the other side of our section (we were right by where the balloons dropped). I cannot believe that I thought I could trust a well known place with my hard earned money again. Moms all in the 757 will understand me when I say… these places for kids tax like crazy and give complete squat. All of em, Dave n Busters I will not trust you again with my money! 50$ to walk in the door plus food and to add to game cards to hav me the most stressful time. Kids crying for food, no napkins, no straws, no help. Shame on the managers for this poorly coordinated event.

  We have been sitting for almost an hour waiting for our food. when it came out most of the dishes were cold to the touch. I sat waiting for my food while the rest of my table had their meal. we had to remind the server about my food. when my food finally came out, almost everyone at my table had finished their food andit looked like it was a kids meal. Three very small sliders and 13 fries. There is no way that that was worth $16. I then asked for a box and the server disappeared again, I had to go to the bartender to get a box. I am highly disappointed in the service received today.

  Typical bar food with some elevated dishes. I love their wings! Great weekly and happy hour specials! Lots of TVs! Horrible service if you sit in the bar area. Slow service and not enough staff. Sometimes the food has been served raw but I understand mistakes happen just wish they would comp the meal when it happens. Great selection of games! Fun time for all ages.

  Horrible customer service. I attended a company holiday lunch last week, and the experience was extremely disappointing. By 1:00 PM on a Friday, they were already out of multiple menu items, including ribs and salmon. Our server was rude and disorganized, which only added to the frustration. Based on this experience, my colleagues and I will not be returning.

  We played games and the machines took money from my daughter's card multiple different times and there were no employees in sight to let know. Then we wanted to eat and the hostess was rude and then it took over 20 minutes for our server to even approach us after we were seated. No impressed with this dave and busters location.
