  Honestly, staff was not kind. Was there with my son and his father. Was ignored for about 20 minutes. Servers & even bartenders ignoring and just walking past us, and all we were trying to do was get service to be served food.we went bartender to try to get someone attention to get us a table, and just walked by. Server then tried to over charge me on a salad saying I got an entree salad but no, was a side. Was a smaller salad with no protein. . Food was way too expensive for quality. You can tell just comes in frozen & they heat up. Dave & buster has gone so down hill. Over price on even trying to do games them limited to ticket wins. Just wasn’t the same as it use to be. Honestly hate to promote another business on another business review. But Apex all the way! If you want fun with your kids and they have fun! Go to apex.

  Well... where do I even begin? If you come to play, that's fine. But if you come to eat... I had to ask to be served, I had to ask for napkins, I had to ask for cutlery, and don't even get me started on the cleanliness. The staff are either chatting or dragging their feet trying to do something. Is it a haunted house or is there just no motivation?

  I wouldn’t recommend eating here due to poor service. My boyfriend and I waited 40 minutes after being given our water just for the server to never take our order. We ended up getting up and leaving and our server just watched us go. I know the place can get busy, but it would be nice if our time was not wasted or if we were at least acknowledged by the server.

  Very disappointed...got game cards for kids totaling $150, sit down to order some food...what could've fed all 7 of us were the shareable, specifically the 5:15 & the bar burgers and wings platter. But because they are out of pretzel dogs for the 5:15 shareable and out of bar burgers for the other platter...we weren't able to order either of them due to the item not being in inventory in their system. So had no choice but to order (single items and most of what was on the shareables) other items that now cost approx $83 vs the $54 it could've been! What a joke!

  First time here with my grandsons...there big game heads so....I bought the 75 dollar package and that was 500 points! Games all flux on how much you pay. TO MUCH FOR THE REWARDS! ITS DOUBLE OF WHAT YOU WOULD PAY CASH! HAD so many problems getting help! They had they help yourself kiosks up but NONE OF THEM WORKED FOR ME! SO EVERYTIME I needed anything for my group of 3, I had to go to the bar to get assistance. If I asked 1 of the floor people, which was no more than 5 ..but if I asked a question they would say LET ME ASK MY MANAGER.... SO after someone lost their child I watched like at least 10 Managers?....come rushing from there backroom ask me if I found my party? I said I was fine but where was all these people when I was struggling to put money on my cards and order food....I feel as a customer I should not have to hunt down my waitstaff to find out what happened to my grandsons cards? I asked for a reload and she was gone 20 minutes, so we hunted our cards down! The Manager took her to the back! Really Come on!! I was extremely frustrated and agitated but I was with my grandsons and had to react correctly. I QUESS WORD GOT BACK TO THE BIG BOSS(floor Manager,)IN THAT DAVE N BUSTERS asked me how my visit was, I expressed my concerns but the asked my grandsons there opinion from 11 and 13 year old boys perspective! Mikey asked for a hot tub to soak in in every room!! Lol
