    I have never seen such a poorly managed restaurant in my life. We bought tickets in advance for unlimited wings during the superbowl. After 3 hrs at half time, we had still not received a SINGLE WING! 50 minutes for first drink to arrive and refills never came. Management seemed completely inept and unable manage the situation. At least half of the ticket purchasers left by half time angry and hungry. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Over priced and service is non existent!

    My family was expecting a fun filled day of arcade games and food,but when we arrived there was no greeting,no one directing where to go,and no host at the station for over 20 minutes when we sat at the table.I asked the staff will a host come to the table and she said"I just got here,I don't who is working the tables.When we decided to just leave no one offered to correct the situation.We were thrilled for a fun day,but left highly disappointed.I have been to this location before and had an amazing time,but this visit was a serious letdown.The setup seems too spaced out and was not coordinated.

    The service here is absolutely terrible. They need to train the managers to help their staff. It's a big disappointment to consistently wait for service especially when you pre-pay for the food and games.

    My husband and I went to our 10 yr old grandson's birthday party. This place is very loud and difficult to hear. Our server was non existent for awhile when he finally came to take our order he didn't really know the menu. We ordered the towering nachos. They were supposed to be enough to share for a meal the server told us and they weren't. It took a short amount of time to get the food but a long time to get our drinks. We were still hungry so wanted to order the boneless wings. We had to wait until our server came with the drinks to order. Someone other than our waiter brought the food and dropped it off. When the wings came out they were cold. We waited again for our waiter and he never returned. I had to flag another server down to ask for a box for the cold wings so I could take them home to put in my air fryer. All in all for my husband's beer and my mixed drink with 2 appetizers ended up being close to $70. Dave and Busters to us will be Dave and busted to us from now on. We will not be coming back.

    Went for a nephews birthday. We waited so long for everything. Food was cold and service was terrible. Our waitress told us it wasn't her job to clear cups. The children at our table kept knocking over cups because we had so many. We were untold the eat and play card had a ticket limit OF 1,500. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK
