I quickly noticed that it hardly had any Oreo at all. I dished it into a bowl and you can tell from the video that there was definitely not triple Oreo, let alone maybe the single scoop. This has been very common with this location lately. I ask for extra and never get it. Very disappointing that I’m paying for something I’m not getting.

I told them I didn't order vanilla and was told by the person who brought it to me that chocolate ice cream was not available. They didn't offer a refund or another item. My husband ended up eating it so it didn't go to waste. But I don't eat vanilla ice cream and didn't get a treat on my date with my husband.
