I told them I didn't order vanilla and was told by the person who brought it to me that chocolate ice cream was not available. They didn't offer a refund or another item. My husband ended up eating it so it didn't go to waste. But I don't eat vanilla ice cream and didn't get a treat on my date with my husband.

Be warned, someone that works there is a thief!
- DGDexter GatlinSep 21, 20251.0My wife asked for two fish sandwiches with extra tartor sauce no lettuce. One of the sandwiches had no lettuce and a smidge of tartor sauce . It was also over cooked. The other had lettuce and barely tartor sauce . I called back to advise and the girl who answer was very unapologetic. She said it wasn't the cooks fault but those taken the order. My disappointment is she didn't provide a solution. Usually a fast food restaurant would offer to fix it or provide some credit. While talking to this young lady(a manager) In the background I could hear kids laughing. With a staff clowning around a mistake is more likely to happen. I will never go back again.
