  If I can give this place a zero I would you know after you work a long day of work you figure you'd come to a spot like this it's only 10:01 they close at 11:00 they got no stake not planning to make any steak so I dont understand why stay open till 11:00 if you're not going to have food made.. and you know what just look at the reviews everyone gives it a one I'm sure they all feel like me they probably want to give them zeros.000000000

  This is by far my least favorite Chipotle in the area. The staff is not particularly friendly or helpful, and they are always running out of key ingredients. And some staff do not know how to wrap the burritos properly. I'll be taking a long break from this location.

  Writing this review as I’m sitting in the drive thru. My order was supposed to be ready at 8pm and now it’s 8:40 still the second car in line. This is absolutely unacceptable, it’s a shame Virginia Beach doesn’t have a Pancheros here. *edit* Tried to write another review because I’m extremely disappointed in the service. After waiting for 40 minutes in the drive thru, I went inside and waited for 15 minutes in there. I wasn’t asked about my order for 15 minutes while I was making it obvious I was here for an online pick up. The lady then goes and gets my order that has already been done for an extended period of time. This wasn’t my first issue I’ve had with chipotle. When I got home, I noticed the cup of queso was open and spilled all over the bag. I will not ever be coming back to this location, or chipotle to begin with. Very disappointed that I spent money on this poor service

  This place is just horrible. Whenever I order on the app for pick up there always missing like half the order or out right have some one else’s food in the bag. I also do a lot of DoorDash and this location has some insane wait times.

  We visited this Chipotle yesterday and the experience was disappointing. We went around 7:53pm on a Wednesday. Let me just start by saying that this all could have been a very smooth experience had the supervisor been helping and assisting her TEAM. The cashier person had to hop off of cash to step on the line and assist the line person while also ringing up people, and the only thing the supervisor was doing was berating the line person for not calling food back, for leaving deep pans on her chef's table, For not telling her when items from the hot box were being pulled, and ultimately just overall complaining about the line person's performance, almost as if he was being targeted by her. Meanwhile, instead of the supervisor coming to see what was on the line and allowing the line person to communicate to guests, she's on her third back up white rice demanding they put it on the line, and then demand them to take it to the take-out area when there isn't room. While I'm there, a gentleman comes in saying that his brown rice was overcooked and hard, probably because they have to leave it in the hotbox because it's not that busy and they are making items that don't need to be made. This was a great example of what happens when there's a toxic environment, lack of food integrity, and team effort. The line person was trying hard to not only assist the guests but also stock items on the line. Opportunities were missed today, and it seems every time I come to this location, the team changes, but certain supervisors remain the same.
