- AWAyana WilliamsDec 10, 20251.0I ordered my food in the app and arrive 1 min after my pickup time. I waited for 2 to 3 min before anyone even came over. The 1st staff member come over, I give her my name and she gives me my bag and is closing the window. I try to remind her that I also payed for a drink and she tell me they don't have the drink and says something to another young lady in their shared language. That staff member comes over and asks me what I want and has the nerve to say she is busy and calls me a GIRL. We exchanged words and I reminded her that she didn't need to be rude and that I would like my drink. I let her know that I would sit right there and wait. Eventually a 3rd member brings something over but I really didn't trust drinking anything that they handed me. I put the drink back on the ledge and sat right there to write a review and request my money back online. I CANT BELIEVE I HAD THE NERVE TO TIP WHEN PLACING MY ORDER. NEVER EVER AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECCOMED.
