The container is literally built so all a worker has to do is put the three items (each one in it’s own slot) in and then two taco shells (either soft or hard). They premade a soft taco with two of the ingredients and left the slots blank. I also found out, you can’t call the store and the “pepper” link the voicemail directs you to from the confirmation email, is just a comment application. There is no contact for orders done wrong. I’m sure management and workers know this - particularly at this location. And I get it, I was a food service worker but I gave them a good tip too and they can’t do the simplest task. Seems like a problem at the top.

Usually they just throw an extra few pieces on but not this crew. I thought the Chipotle way was to take care of the customer. The meat isn’t even quality which makes it frustrating/comical. I bought a second burrito so I could see the portion on that and it was like the kid was making it for a child. Portions are the smallest that I’ve ever seen and the manager, really does not care. Looked like a kids meal and the manager just said, that’s the portion and continued to cut meat. The carne asada is $12 plus $1 for the chimichurri sauce(not good either). The meat is not very good and tastes burnt. Poor food and customer service in redmill. Will not return. Spend your money somewhere else or cook some actual carne asada.
