  Nothing worse than being served by miserable ppl.. and to have all that rap music blaring like your at a bar? Come on so unprofessional.. I planned on dining in but every table was dirty.. The district Mgr needs to go in and clean that place up..

  This is hands down one of the worst chipotle locations EVER. Every single time we go there, there is ALWAYS an issue. If the staff is not fighting each other they are fighting with customers. The accuracy of orders is terrible, the quality of the food is just as worse. Today we ordered to go; the quesadilla was completely burnt and unedible. Complete waste of money it went straight to the garbage. Their customer service is just as worse the AI bot pepper sucks just as much resolved not a damn thing.

  I placed an order at 5:15pm to be picked up at their earliest time which was 5:40pm, walk in at 5:41 for my order to not even be ready. Waited 15 extra minutes to get my bag. Walk to my car to check the bowl because they seemed to really be struggling and the bowl wasn’t even mine. Someone named John’s food. I walk back in at 5:45, tell the girl my orders not even right and instead of trying to help she pushed my bag to the back and never helped me. Then they run out of chicken and tell no one until 18 people are waiting for DoorDash, Uber Eats, in-store customers that they’re out and we all have to wait. Mind you at this point it’s 6pm and I have still yet to get my food. I go up to another girl and ask about my meal that’s yet to be fixed. They have chicken but they’re not prioritizing people the right way. She tells me they’re backed up I can understand that but I then asked to switch proteins if I’ve already been waiting so long for some chicken and she denies me to change meats and just tells me to wait. I didn’t get my food until 6:15pm, at that point I could’ve just went to a restaurant and gotten served faster. Just a waste of time and I’m very dissatisfied with this chipotle. Yall could definitely use some nicer workers :)

  It’s been 30 minutes of waiting so far for one singular bowl because they ran out of chicken and weren’t cooking anymore. Continued to help people in line way before people who had already been sitting and waiting to pick up an order. Everybody started getting frustrated…. this place runs like it’s worked by toddlers. Edit: 47 minutes past pickup time and line for refunds is longer than order line. Do better!!!

  I’ve been to this location a few times as a delivery driver and as a customer, this location is a very busy one and clearly high stress for its employees and it shows, the employees don’t seem to work well together, they speak to each other disrespectfully, no flow or harmony with their teamwork, they have terrible customer service skills, don’t apologize for delays, ect, one time a female employee was pretending to slam a container against the counter angrily as she was distracting a male employee who was cutting up meat, she did it about 5-6 times, I get it it’s ok to try to keep a little humor at work but it was excessive, it’s just a chaotic place and I will personally avoid coming here, there really needs to be some serious coaching on how to behave towards each other as a team and towards customers as well
