    DO NOT order here. My bowl was so nasty and small. I paid for queso that’s i didn’t get in the bowl. We ordered a DOUBLE protein bowls. Please see pics for the amount of protein we got. We didn’t get double protein nor lettuce and i will never be back. Mind you i hadn’t eaten any of the bowl yet when you see pics. Will be disputing and getting all money back. Let someone talk me into getting this pure trash over cava and never again! RUN to CAVA!

    The staff were very grumpy, the food preparation area was very dirty, and they were acting very hastily despite it not being busy. We will not be coming back.

    We have given this location 3 chances over the past year. After going to a location in West Virginia and loved it, we gave it another shot. Nope. Still terrible. Staff did not seem motivated with the long line waiting. They gave me steak rather than the requested carne asada, and the steak was dry. They have messed up our orders previously. The food was overall terrible whenever we have eaten here, compared to other chipotle’s we have visited around the country. Giving 2 stars because I see similar reviews previously, without any correction for the quality over time. I hope the manager makes a change, but we will not be coming back and will drive for better chipotle’s or better yet support No.1 Taco(a locally owned chain).

    Mexican men who were in were slamming pots and making a ruckus - I made eye contact with the main one- he had a smirk and did it again. The other workers were egging it on and didn’t acknowledge me and my partner in line- when they did I could barely speak because the noise was extremely loud. The two workers up front couldn’t focus because they were playing and acting like little kids. Need better training & better customer service. Food was also not fresh. 0/10

    Should be happy that I am leaving a 2 stars. Anyways, I had ordered my food which was a kids meal and when I was about to pay, the big darkskin women in the counter had a attitude and gave me 80 cents in change in all nickles. I found that disrespectful when I saw quarters on the cashier thing.
