  Usually this place is pretty good, but today they had a crew working that was either very rude or uncomfortable. One worker was working way faster than another and he was taking orders backing up his coworker. Then, before we left the restaurant, my wife wanted a cover for her bowl. She was looking by the drinks for a cover and noticed a lower door open and was peaking to see if covers were in there. The manager came over and rudely spoke to my wife as if she was trying to steal something. My wife responded with questions like why would she try to steal. The manager insinuated that it was possible. So my wife told her not to expect our business in the future. The manager responded that she didnt care if she came back at all. I hope the owner of this place doesn't welcome this kind of behavior to its customers, because that would mean they will eventually start to lose alot of business having a manager that they do now. This is very unacceptable for a business to treat its customers this way.

  Fresh and tasteful. Ingredients, many in their natural state, are the foundation of a meal that feels light and healthier than typical fast food options. I appreciate that items are refrigerated or kept warm while continuously being replenished. Gloves are worn and hair is covered. Staff are courteous, pleasant and patient every time like treating others as they'd want to be treated. Thanks Chesapeake Cava team!

  The food was sooo delicious and creamy. The flavors mixed in my mouth and it was just soooooooo amazing. The restaurant was great, lots of nice furniture. The service was amazing, one of the very nice employees gave us free pita bread. Oh, the pita bread were sooooooooooo goood😫😫😫. It was so chewy and buttery and nice with the dips. This is the best cava I’ve been to.

  Have been purchasing from this store since opened years ago, almost weekly — tonight I ordered the same thing as always, one of the female staff was extremely rude and not supportive of cava’s typical customer service; she stated lentils are now extra and would have to remake my entire bowl to put less arugula and less rice in order to give me the lentils — which are typically a part of the order. Keeping in mind she didn’t offer a pita or have the regular selection of products ready for customers. Other staff was extremely nice and jovial (but the one who seemed to be the store manager, older asian female 12/23/25 @ 5pm) could use some customer service training in communication and body language…

  Ordered online for a 7:30 pickup. Arrived at 7:31 with a text confirming the order was received and processing. After waiting 15 minutes with no update, I asked about the status and was told I could cancel it online. Ended up waiting over 20 minutes total. Disappointing experience for a scheduled pickup.
