Unfortunately, not one but two employees were rude and seemed miserable to be there. It made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service is just as important as the food and this location sadly missed the mark. The two other groups with us had the same impression, pitiful.

I had to ask if my order was ready. When I did, the employee confirmed it was mine but then continued holding the bag before handing it to me. The overall interaction felt unwelcoming and unnecessarily slow. Even after I left, I noticed staff were not acknowledging other customers who entered. Disappointing experience.

However while I was eating my bowl I bit into a meaty texture and immediately spit it out. When I looked at the ingredient closer it was a piece of steak. My past orders from this location have been consistently messed up from cold orders to missing ingredients. I enjoy cava because it’s about the only take out food I can eat. I won’t be ordering from this location again this was their third strike. If I didn’t pay attention I could have gotten sick. Now that makes me wonder what else they are cross contaminating.
