Today’s experience at Cava was absolutely terrible. While I’ve had other bad experiences there, this one was definitely the worst. I walked in, just wanting a side of Harissa chicken and chips. I decided to get a kids’ meal, but they were out of Harissa chicken. I didn’t want the meal at that point, so I told the lady I didn’t want it anymore. She got angry and threw the food out and slammed it in the garbage. Her coworker asked if she was on closing shift, and she said yes, continuing to complain about everyone being irritating her, which was right after she threw the food out. I was so upset that I didn’t even want to get a bag of chips, but they were just sitting there cold. My mom kept trying to get a side of falafel, but they didn’t have it either. The lady kept complaining about everyone being irritating her, and the manager, who I believe was the last person to work there, was also very rude and overly aggressive the whole time. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Cava restaurant.

I came in around 9 tonight and was quickly greeted by Lee while the other staff members were cleaning around him. He helped me understand the menu and even let me try samples of the proteins. He is quite the example of exceptional service, I will be highly recommending this location to everybody I know.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to CAVA on December 6th at 6:30 pm. When we walked in, the young lady at the counter and the young man beside her were both looking at their cellphones, which came across as very unprofessional. The portion of rice in the bowl was noticeably small, and instead of focusing on preparing the food, the young man continued chatting with another coworker who was packing pitas while they both looked at his phone. On top of that, the counter area wasn’t clean, and overall, the staff seemed more interested in socializing than in providing quality customer service. This experience definitely did not meet the standard I expect from CAVA.
