Our server, Charles was extremely attentive and friendly. He even brought me to go drink to the parking lot because I forgot it at the table. This is one of the best dining experiences that I have had from a chain restaurant in a long time. We will definitely be back.

The calamari was ready within minutes and was delicious, my favorite item on the menu. My server, Charles, was friendly and attentive. I appreciated Charles ensuring everything was made to my liking. The Johnny Trio is a phenomenal deal—pasta, chicken, and steak. The meal and service were exceptional, and I will definitely be coming back again.

The sand had no tomatoes or pepercinis on it, & barely any onions. Didn't taste Italian. The Meatball sandwich was inedible as the meatballs were spoiled & white in color(yucky). The waitress was super nice & was working her tail off serving all the tables. She was also very apologetic about our food. The hostess was also the bus girl. She would clean the booth seats with a towel & then use that same towel to clean the table tops. Not within health codes. I did asked the manager if the kitchen staff was new. She said no,... to my surprise. They've got to know their meatballs are spoiled & grossly inedible.

It smelt like dirty toilet or mop water, the food was very bland, and my friend received a drink that was very watered down. The atmosphere was dismal. The waitress was kind but somewhat inattentive. When she came over to gather our plates she did not ask if there was anything wrong with our not even half eaten plates. Overall the experience was the exact opposite of what we went in for.
