  I came in tonight because this is the only place me and my husband haven’t tried in the area. I immediately noticed what looked to be a large party they were not loud just simply enjoying a quiet delicious dinner even with this the atmosphere was great. I asked for a booth someone immediately cleaned it off and sat us down. Not the quick clean and you still see things on the table a good clean. I was pleased. The server amber came quickly and asked for our drink order. She then came back and took our food order we had a complicated order she perfectly read it back to us without us asking. She noticed my cocktail hadn’t arrived she went to go get it. The food did take a bit longer than expected but that was ok we were enjoying our conversation and again I did notice upon arrival there was a large party. The food came out very hot just how I like it. The only problem was the steaks were cooked too much. Amber our server took it back not only did she take it back she had a smile on her face not like we were bothering her she understood we came to have dinner the way we like and she had no problem getting it fixed. Unbeknownst to us she also let her manager know about this issue and Rachel came to the table and introduced herself we had a great conversation got to know a bit more about the franchise and she did comp our meal. The Cesar salad does have a vinegary taste so if you aren’t used to that you may not like it however I loved that the most. We definitely will be back we appreciate you amber and Rachel thank you for the great customer service

  Charles was an excellent waiter. He made sure we had plenty to drink, recommended a desert that was wonderful, answered all of our questions about the menu, gave excellent service, made sure we had everything we needed, he explained about meals to go and how good a deal it is, and has a wonderful cheerful personality. We were very impressed with him. He made a very wonderful dining experience. The food was excellent. We will be sure to ask for him the next time we go there.

  Ryan was my server and he was absolutely the most amazing!!!!!! The chicken noodle was second best next to his amazing self but still absolutely delicious!!!! Goat cheese on a perctly cooked steak! Hats off to those cooks behind the counter as well! Thank you Ryan!!!!!!

  Carrabba’s is always a hit. Great food, great flavors and quick service. However, having Charles as our waiter tonight was the cherry on top. He handled our family with care, as if he’d known us for years. We will definitely be returning and asking to sit in Charles’s section.

  This was my first time going here and I have to say I am very impressed. Our servers name was Charles and he was extremely helpful. He was very professional. I will definitely be coming back here. Charles had the best hospitality ive ever seen. I cant wait to come back the food was incredible. All the workers here are very nice. The drinks were outstanding as well. Overall I give this place 5 stars.
