  I just wanted to give a great review to Neha! I believe was her name! She was super sweet and on top of her tables. She had a great attitude and was just super attentive in all aspects! If you ever come here i am sure you would love her service! Thank you Neha !

  Alright let's start at the door. My husband and I walked in and waited At Least 3 minutes for someone to come over and seat us. I made eye contact 2 different times with the waitress while standing there. She proceeded to walk passed us from the bar to the booth with the computer, grabbed a vacuum and then sat down and started talking to someone in the booth. I waited another minute and started to walk to the bar to see if anyone was there who'd seat us. No one was there. Finally after noticing I did that, she got up and the guy she was talking to walked over to say say "sorry I was talking to my trainee" then took us to a seat. Some other waitress came over to take our drinks. She was pleasant. No complaints there. Now the food. The cheese tots app took about 15 minutes to come out which was fine. They were hot and fantastic! The chicken sandwich and Philly dinner took just over an hour to come out. My chicken was hot and good! The fries were cold and dry! Looked like they were the first thing done. The Philly was dry and small! The guy I assume was a manager was following the staff around with a clipboard. I assume he was auditing them. He definitely needed to step back and let them help the customers. Our waitress seemed a little nervous knowing he was standing right behind her. I think she did great though. I dont think we will be back to this Bdubs. Shouldn't have to wait over an hour for 2 cold sandwiches when they were not busy. Not acceptable.

  Took us 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by a someone to seat us, waited another 45 minutes to be served the worst/coldest fried pickles I've ever had the displeasure of eating, then paid a bill that was not representative of the sub-par food and service that we had. The WORST PART is...THEY. WEREN'T. EVEN. BUSY. 😒

  Celebrated my early birthday to day with my family. We went for lunch so my Navy son and his family could get back to Maryland without hitting traffic. Nice change of pace!! We had excellent service from Mr. Kyle. He bounced from bar to each table taking orders and delivering food and drinks. Never skipping a beat. He genuinely looked like he loves his job! He never let our drinks get empty, always checked on us and even made sure to communicate with the 4 year old granddaughter. Huge change from our last experience there on my son’s bday. From now on I think we will go at lunch just to get Mr. Kyle!

  They suck I placed an order at 630 pm didn’t get my food until 730 pm then when I finally got it they forgot my fries so I had to wait an extra 20 minutes so now I have cold chicken and hot fries
