Came here to celebrate my daughter's first birthday with family and friends, everything was great up until my stepmother got her food and halfway through her plate she found a long piece of hair in her pasta, which wasnt the color of her hair obviously. Other than that, our server gave us excellent service and the kitchen manager tried his best to fix the problem, by not charging my stepmother for the meal and her drink. The bartender was very professional and could tell that he enjoys his job.

The service was pretty good. We came in New years eve so if was extremely busy. Drinks were on point. The culinary was really good. Especially the lemon sauce it cane with. My wedding soup was good but a little disappointing. 99 percent broth with very little meatballs or orzo pasta. The steak came out dry and overcooked, but they fixed it quickly. Overall a good place to eat and being a holiday i can excuse the inconsistent food. Will give another try sometime whe. Not so busy.

Bravo Towne Center, VA Beach. Such a disappointment! My family and I decided to eat out on Christmas because this was our first Christmas since my grandmother's passing. It was a horrible week leading up to the holiday. Work crazy, husband with the flu, one and only new grandchild was away for the holiday. All I wanted was the chicken spinach flatbread. We were seated, our drink orders were taken, and the waitress comes back to tell us they ran out of pizzas, flatbreads, steaks, and something else. All i could do was cry. A little dramatic, yes. But the way my week had gone... I am a picky eater, so nothing else on the menu appealed to me. The only thing that I thought that could turn my week around, just a little, was the flatbread. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF FLATBREAD AND PIZZA ON A HOLIDAY?! So, I just sat there while the rest of my family ate.

Came last night on Christmas. It was extremely busy and as someone who had a reservation I was upset that I had to wait for a table, but part of me understood because it was a holiday. We sat at a table on the far left, and it took a few moments to get a server. We were served by someone named Mariah I believe and she made the visit very worth it. Even though it was busy, she made sure to be attentive and she was very personable. Her attitude was surprisingly very calm and friendly especially on a busy Christmas night. We will be back just on a less busy night.

I had a disappointing experience with a place I visited to pick up an order. They told me it would be ready at 7:31 pm, but when I arrived at 7:35 pm, they asked me to come back after 20 minutes. I returned, only to be told to come back again after 30 minutes. Frustrated, I spoke with the manager, who surprisingly didn't know when my order would be ready. I expressed my dissatisfaction, pointing out that it's the manager's responsibility to provide customers with accurate information. I was shocked by the poor customer service!!!
