I came to dine in this afternoon to celebrate a birthday and received the most horrible service. We were sat and not greeted for 15 minutes, and once we got our beverages waited another 15 to place our order. We had to ask multiple times for refills on bread, asked for hot water for a baby bottle and it was lemon water. We asked a second time without lemon and sure enough came with a lemon in it. I ordered a Caesar salad like I do every time and it was delicious. Until I got to the bottom and bit on what I thought was a hard crouton, come to find out it was jewelry. Not any jewelry but nail art jewelry. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Servers walked away as we were talking to them, and had horrible attitudes. Thank you to the manager for comping our table but will not be returning.

Been here a few times & the parling, service, & atmosphere are great, but the food & drinks are gross - just every single thing we've ordered has not been good. We had:
- Bang Bang shrimp & chicken: We thought it was going to come out coated in some delicious sweet chili glaze, but it's this disgusting mayonnaise-ey aioloi sauce that they drench all over the food. No bang. Tip for the chef - less is more.
- Au gratin potatoes: When this came out, we didn't even know what it was. The top was completely burned and crunchy, and then there was this gross liquid cheese or something with cubed potatoes? Au gratin potatoes are delicately cooked potatoes with real cheese and delicious sauce. I don't know who created this recipe, but it tastes terrible & is not au gratin potatoes in any way, shape, or form.
- Martinis: Unless you get one with zero sugar, they are just sickeningly sweet with hardly any alcohol.
- Parmesan-crusted Trout: Fishy - just yuck.
I so wanted to like this place, but it's just not worth the money. They need a chef who really knows how to cook and put sauces and food together properly - especially au gratin potatoes! Sorry that I do not recommend and will not be back.

Cute place first time here while visiting Virginia. The server named Saddie seemed like she didn’t want to help us or hated her job. I asked her what kind of drinks came with the kids menu meal and she said drinks - ok can you please list them? Then my husband asked her about something he wanted to order and she was condescending and not helpful with guiding us through the menu. Food was ok. I would not return.

My wife and I traveled to Virginia Beach to celebrate my mother’s birthday, which also falls on Valentine’s Day and her wedding anniversary. Ebonii, our waitress, was absolutely amazing and truly made the entire experience enjoyable. She was attentive, professional, and extremely polite.
The only minor downside was that the food could have been a little hotter, but considering how busy the kitchen likely was on Valentine’s Day, that’s understandable. Overall, it was a great night, and we truly enjoyed ourselves.

My husband and I dined here on Valentine’s Day and ordered the Valentine’s specials, which included grouper and a crab cake. His sides were mashed potatoes and broccoli, and I chose jasmine rice and asparagus.
There was a small mix-up with our sides, but it was corrected right away. I ended up trying the broccoli and honestly enjoyed it much more than the asparagus, and they were kind enough to let me switch.
Our server was attentive, helpful, and very accommodating throughout the evening. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back!
