  I placed two orders yesterday and today via UberEats that were missing or had incorrect items. Yesterday, the cajun chicken biscuit combo was missing a vanilla iced coffee, and the bacon egg & cheese biscuit combo came with a Hi-C orange drink instead of sweet tea. Today, the Bo-tato rounds were missing from the biscuit combo, along with Bo sauce, and straw for the iced coffee. I’d rather have the correct items than get a refund from UberEats. To management - please make sure your employees pay attention to tickets.

  Just left here, did not get another chicken biscuit that I ordered, and 90% of my large Mountain Dew was ice. Terrible overall experience here, the one on Laskin is 10x better

  I went here on 2/11/26 to get breakfast for my family. They had 2 for $4 promotion on sausage biscuits. I order 4 and 1 large Bo rounds. I wasn't told a total or given a receipt. This should have been a red flag. When I got a notification from my bank I saw my total came to approx $22. I was baffled considering the price of the biscuits. I called the store to inquire. No answer. After the 3rd attempt I reached someone. She stated " you didn't ask for the 2 for 4. You asked for 4 sausage biscuits. That's different. I rung you up for 4 sausage biscuits." I said that should be a given that I wanted the 2 for 4 pricing. She goes on to say " you didn't ask for 2-2 for 4" I ask for a manager and she turns out to be the the manager. She stated she won't adjust the price. She says "you can return the food for a refund." I felt this was unacceptable as I had my 3 small children that were ready to eat. But I was charged almost $7 more than expected. I returned the food. I asked do you want me to drive around and reorder because my children need to eat. She stated "oh, I'm sorry once I refund you I cant take your card again." I said well lucky for me I have another card. Shes wasn't pleasant during the encounter at all. My family loves Bojangles and loves this location but after this. We won't be returning. I too am a Manager in food service and I've never treated a customer in this manner. Unacceptable.

  Stephanie took my order and was very knowledgeable and super nice. Ensured that the food taste great and was fresh. I go bojangle for Stephanie!

  My family and I had the best experience. Never been to this place before. Came in with my family and ordered the works. The manager Jamie is the best. She really oversaw everything and I saw her running the kitchen better than a naval chef. We will be back every week! Fried chicken just like my grandma's.
