- WSWicked StangJan 3, 20261.0Maybe once or twice a year we try this location, don't know why, hoping it will improve- food is always burnt, flat or tastes like old grease and soggy for us. Should not have to wonder if food will be good. I miss the Bojangles locations in NC- food was always fresh tasting, and what you would want as a customer. Was excited when Bojangles had opened way back in Va Beach. The cajun filet biscuit in NC always had a good piece of chicken breast and the bo rounds crispy fresh, not old grease soggy. Had a cajun chicken filet that was so flat (the entire piece), you almost could not see the white of the chicken- just the breading. Biscuit was blackened on top and crumbled on bottom. Fries soggy also (that old grease taste). All food thrown in trash. If area supervisors came in to be served, or your own family, I would guess you would choose good looking food for them. That should be the same thought for all customers. Or is this a normal? Please feel pride in serving good food! Service usually good, just food quality bad, very. Please look into this.

It had been a l8ng time since I bought BoJ so I got sticker shock when ordering my usual 8 piece family meal. No different than shopping anywhere. While standing with my mouth opened the manager walked up and gave me a high discount. In addition she threw in so cookies all just to ease the sting of how much prices has risen. Her staff also made my purchase a pleasant experience with their excellent customer service. Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating with my particular. I can't remember the young lady who took my order but her empathy toward my shock in the increase prices was very sweet. I believe the manager is Ms. Jamie. Listen go see Ms. Jamie and he crew for great service and great food.
